Whether you are new to mindfulness and meditation or an experienced practitioner come and join us for a nourishing half-day mindfulness retreat in the beautiful yurt at Temple Byron.
You’ll have the chance to slow down, tune in and unwind with gentle mindful movement practice, meditation and a deep relaxation meditation called Yoga Nidra.
Melli O’Brien (An accredited and experienced yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher) will facilitate the morning.
The mindfulness morning tea is a (monthly) event which gives us a space to practice mindfulness together as a community of like-minded local folks.
It is a not-for-profit gathering bringing together Byronshire locals who value conscious living, compassion and community. It’s a space to connect with each-other and ourselves. A space for us to just ‘be’ together.
Please bring a vegetarian share plate for morning tea. Tea will be provided.
Suggested donation of $20 or pay what you can for each morning tea you attend. You can either just turn up on the day (and pay your donation in cash) or to make sure you get a spot you can reserve your place by making your donation now.
