DAY 2 – Being Here and Now
Welcome to the second day of the 7 Days of Mindfulness course. Now that you’ve had a taste of what mindfulness practice is all about, we’re going to explore the power of what mindfulness can offer. This process of being more mindful untangles us from being lost in the thoughts that create our anxieties and worries and restless nights and gives us insight into ourselves and what truly matters most. It reconnects us to what’s deepest and truest in us. There is so much power in being here now.

DAY 3 – What To Do With Thoughts and Emotions During Meditation
Welcome back for Day Three of the 7 Days of Mindfulness course.
To build on the mindfulness practice from the past two days, we’re going to explore what to do with thoughts and feelings during meditation. We’ll learn to cultivate more equanimity which means we’re less reactive to thoughts and emotions and we cultivate a more wise and skilful relationship with them.

DAY 4 – Waking Up Out Of Autopilot
Welcome to Day Four of the 7 Days of Mindfulness course. You’re doing great!
Have you ever noticed how easy it is to slip into autopilot mode? On autopilot mode we are no longer fully present in the moment. We’re lost in our wandering thoughts.
If we’ve been stuck on autopilot a lot we may feel we have no choice but to be pulled around by our thoughts and emotions all the time. But we do have a choice and it’s this ability to choose not to be pulled around that we are cultivating through meditation.
Now that we’ve begun some basic mindfulness training, in this session we’ll start to introduce a powerful way of waking up out of autopilot mode both in meditation and in life.
Ok, let’s get started. Click the audio below for today’s meditation.
DAY 5 – A WISE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE MIND
Welcome to Day Five of the 7 Days of Mindfulness.
Today we’re going to focus on one of the most important aspects of mindfulness and that is the attitude with which we practice. Mindfulness is the awareness that arises when we are fully present in the moment but it also involves a sense of kindness and openheartedness towards what is happening. That includes a kindness and openheartedness towards our own minds, bodies and …our own selves.
Let’s begin. When you’re ready press play on the audio below to get started.
Day 6 – Just Being. The Importance of Non-Doing
Welcome to Day Six of the 7 Days of Mindfulness.
For some people, the idea of sitting still and meditating may seem unproductive or even self-indulgent. Nothing could be further from the truth. It’s so easy these days to get caught up in the hectic rush of daily life, believing that the more we get done somehow the happier we will become.
But as we rush through every moment, we’re not really living them and we leave no space to tune into our own minds, hearts and bodies. Today we learn the tremendous value of simply being.
Find a comfortable posture, kick back and click the audio below for today’s meditation…and enjoy this time to simply be.
