ABOUT THIS RETREAT
Embark on a five-day ‘immersion’ mindfulness retreat where you will learn how to practice meditation and also how to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life...but also so much more.
You see this retreat isn’t just about mindfulness, it’s about living a meaningful life. That’s really what the art of mindful living really is. It is living a life that is not determined by the fears, conditioning and beliefs that can hold you back, but instead living consciously. Living a life that fulfils you. One with your inner compass set to ‘true north’ and one where you can feel at home and at ease within your own skin.
Melli O’Brien has dedicated the last two decades of her life to studying what it takes to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. She has developed a methodology based five core principles drawn from the world's wisdom traditions that are now proven by modern neuroscience. These principles are shared over the five days of the Art of Mindful Living Retreat and they have changed hundreds of lives.
The five-day process will give you all the tools and practice you need to feel confident in integrating meditation and mindfulness into your life. It will also give you a firm resolve in who you are in your deepest essence and what you stand for in life, so you that you can live in a way that continues to nourish and fulfil you over the course of time.
Emerge with renewed clarity, focus and strength – a sense of confidence that you can stand in your own centre, no matter what life throws at you.

“Dear Melli I just wanted to thank you again for a fabulous weekend of mindfulness. It really was a life-changing experience for me and I appreciated all the love you put into every little detail to make it so special. Your intelligent and engaging approach was inspiring and I particularly enjoyed your gift of storytelling and the lovely parables and the poems you shared with us.”
“I am enthralled when I listen to Mellissa teach because there is a delightful mixture of gentleness and incredible power that comes through her message. She has intelligent ideas, a strength of experience, and a driving passion to help the world in an area that is most neglected – the mind. If we tuned in to her message, we would make profound changes in our lives. She is a voice that must be heard.”
‘The Art of Mindful Living’ Retreat with Mellissa exceeded all my expectations.”
