The Mindfulness Summit: A FREE Online Event With 31 Of The World’s Leading Teachers

eDM Header v2_JI had a dream a while back. I wanted to offer high quality mindfulness training to everyone.

Now, after much hard work over these past couple of months, I’m excited to say that we (my partner Matty and I) have made this dream a reality.

The Mindfulness Summit (31 Days of Mindfulness) is a FREE 31-day online conference this October 1-31st, giving you the opportunity to learn mindfulness from the comfort of your own home, from some of the world’s most respected teachers.

I’ve gathered for you, 31 world-renowned mindfulness experts including Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Joseph Goldstein Ruby Wax, Arianna Huffington and more – to share their tips, stories and some of the best ways to incorporate mindfulness into your life.

As part of the 31 Days of Mindfulness, we’ll also be sharing our best tips for mindfulness, wellness and meditation, as well as setting small challenges for you throughout the month – and these are all designed to be easy, accessible, and something you can slip into your daily routine.

Join us for daily mindfulness practices, interviews and presentations. You’ll learn how to transform your inner world to a place of greater wholeness and ease, handling life’s challenges with more wisdom and skill.

By the end of the summit you will have learned how to integrate mindfulness more fully into daily life. For those of you already practicing mindfulness, you’ll gain powerful insights into how to deepen your practice and ‘live and breathe it’ in daily life.

The Mindfulness Summit is a not-for-profit project, with a mission to make mindfulness mainstream. The summit aims to create a global community of people bringing mindfulness into their lives, whilst making a positive impact on the lives of others.

This is why all monies raised from the summit project will be going to mindfulness based charities, including Breathworks, The Oxford Mindfulness Centre and Mindfulness in Schools; charities all working in the field to further mindfulness research and teaching.

  1. This event looks so inspiring! I signed up as soon as I first saw a few weeks ago. Thank you so much for putting this together. =)

  2. Since this subject was touched on at todays interview with Mirabai Bush……
Melli, I am a housebound patient sufferring from chronic condition for which I realised my main problem is manifestation of ill feelings. drugs were merely controlling my condition and not helping.
I realised I must learn to “let go” to finally have my body heal itself. So I have been on the quest to learn meditation successfully. But being house bound, unable to go for retreats or even join buddhidt temples early meditation, I had no resource or money to properly start.
This online summit has been a GREAT GUIDED INTRODUCTION at freedom of my own desired timing that fits my treatment regimes, at the comfort of my own home without fearing peoples eyes on me in my condition.

I want you to know how needed this is for people like me. I cant thank you enough Stranger!

Missed some days and want to catch up with the visuals not only the sound.Iam payed up and your website says it should happen. What has gone wrong? Secondly why have I been unable to get the meditations that were part of some presentations? Finely where do I find the links you make reference to ? And yes,an excellent program ! Richard

    • Hi Richard. Did you end up finding everything you needed or do you still need some help with it? You can always email support at and the wonderful Mai will help you : )

  4. Donna Meiners says:

Just want to add my great thankyou for the Summit. I only missed a couple days and often took notes and talked to others about my learning. Well done! Mahalo!

  5. First of all I would like to say excellent blog! I had
a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.
I do enjoy writing but it just seems like
the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply
just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?
    Thank you!

    • I find that too! Those first minutes are the most challenging. I think it’s good to just start and let it flow….then you can always come back to revise later. One the writing starts it all seems to get easier i think. Just start. Thats my best advice : )

      Good luck and have fun!

  6. Will there be another mindfulness summit soon? I am extremely interested but I didn’t find out about it until after it was over 🙂

    • Hi Vanessa, If you’re on our email list your should have received an email today with a little update. Did you get that? I’m interviewing again and you’ll be seeing some more cool content coming your way very soon!
