About Melli

Melli is a qualified meditation, mindfulness and yoga teacher who specialises in teaching multi-day ‘immersion’ retreats. Known for her down-to-earth, engaging and authentic teaching style, she has guided thousands of people through her popular retreats and courses.

She is also a speaker and co-founder and host of The Mindfulness Summit, the world’s largest mindfulness conference. Her work has been featured in the Huffington Post, Sydney Morning Herald, Elephant Journal, Yoga Journal and more.

Her passion is demystifying, simplifying (and showing the science behind) the world’s wisdom teachings and making them accessible and practical for everyday people.
